THOUSAND OLIVES: FROM OLIVE GROVE TO CAPSULE
THOUSAND OLIVES requires a demanding, two-stage production process. Stage one occurs in a state-of-the-art olive mill. There, our early harvest extra virgin olive oil undergoes a strict quality control, and the extract is produced using a patented method. Stage two occurs in a high-tech pharmaceutical unit. It is there that the extract is converted into powder and sealed into capsules.
OUR INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION METHOD IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND PATENTED
In collaboration with our research team, we have developed a proprietary innovative technology, designed to minimize our environmental footprint. In doing so, we are able to select early harvest extra virgin olive oil, high in phenolic value, and subsequently create a blend from oleocanthal and other polyphenols in the exact proportion found in olive oil. This blend is then pulverized and encapsulated in our state-of-the-art facilities.
