Every 5mg capsule contains a blend of polyphenols as they are found in their natural state  in olive oil, of which oleocanthal accounts for more than 50%. The blend also includes  polyphenols such as oleasin, oleuropein aglycone, ligstroside aglycone, tyrosol and  hydroxytyrosol.
